After witnessing her husband's murder at the hands of two carjackers, Jezzica Leigh struggles with starting over. She moves to Serenity Cove and purchases the Sea Glass Bookshop on Main Street.

Detective Zack Johnston, the first man her heart reacts to since her husband's death, also represents a world that failed to bring her husband's murderers to justice.

Can Zack catch the carjackers and win the love of the woman who has already captured his heart.

Reader's Reviews
"Tangerine Morning has everything I look for in a book. Strong, well-developed characters to love and root for. Serenity Cove is every bit a character in the series, and the fictional community shines here. There is suspense, action, and romance. Characters from Kaleidoscope Summer are back, too. Dr. Ellie continues her work as a counselor, and her sage advice is something I think readers can benefit from, too.

"I especially love how Rita's training as counselor comes into play in her fiction. Jezzica truly struggles, and it's authentic. You feel her pain, and conflict as she develops a friendship with Zack. I thought her journey was exceptional, and I had already immensely enjoyed Samantha's story."

Tangerine Morning offers another quaint and cozy visit to Serenity Cove. As much as I enjoyed Samantha and Logan's story line in Kaleidoscope Summer, the introduction to Jezzica and Zack was a seamless transition. I was easily drawn into their unique history and the tensions they encounter in the battle for their hearts and minds. The right mixture of romance and peril surrounded by the beauty of this coastal community makes for an entertaining and inspiring reading experience. Rita Garcia offers hope through circumstances that are true-to-life, and each challenge leads to the proper Source. The villains are menacing and evil; the heroes and heroines, completely engaging. I love that the third of this series is on the sea-swept horizon."
